Independently of the production of universal balancers, we also provide special balancers customized. Because some of them have been manufactured very frequently, they even gained their specific characteristics and names. The list of the respective balancers has been provided in the table below, whereas basic notes have been presented in the text given below.

Balancers for turbochargers

CMT 47 tr

The CMT 47 tr balancers for car turbo-compressors are applied in the first stage of car turbine regeneration. They serve the purpose of dynamic balancing of the rotors of all types of car turbo-compressors in two planes, after the rotors are removed from the housing of the turbo-compressors, at the approx. rotary speed of 3000 rev./min.

The CMT 48 tr balancers are useful in the next stage of turbine regeneration, after the bearing rings and sealings are exchanged, and after it is assembled again in the housing of the turbo-compressor. The process of balancing performed by CMT 48 tr occurs simultaneously in two corrective planes at the rotary speed of about 40 000 rev./min. The performance conditions of the turbo-compressor are similar to those that occur in the internal combustion engine.

Balancing machine CMT48 TWIN is practical and economic binding of the CMT48tr and CMT48ntr.
We apply CMT48ntr balancer when we want to check whether additional dynamic phenomena will occur on the rotor at the rotary speeds approximating the rated speeds, especially in turbines of a small size. It can be a deflection of the "cold" wheel from the axis of vibration, for instance, as a consequence of bending the end of the axis under the influence of loading with the moment of the force. The process of balancing occurs in one corrective plane, on the "cold" side, at the rotary speed of up to 200 000 rev. min. The performance conditions of the turbo-compressors are similar to those which occur in the internal combustion engine: the turbine rotor is driven with compressed air, and the bearing is supplied with oil whose pressure and temperature are the same as in the engine chamber. On the two positions realizes tasks of the both balancers.

Balancers for fans

The balancers for fans are characterised with the following construction details:

  • vertical spindles are assembled in them
  • housings which decrease the forces coming from air flows
  • self-centering holders mounted in spindles
  • great starting torque at the prolonged start and braking
  • the results of balancing are presented in the form that is convenient for the applied balancing technologies: welding, drilling, placing of corrective plates.

The balancers prepared for the large-scale manufacturing operate in the general management system. They are able to receive and send the data in the data transmission standard accepted by the client. They are able to read the barcodes for identifying of rotor.

Balancers for car electric fans

The balancers for car electric fans are destined for the mass production of these sub-assemblies. In connection with that, they are distinguished by the speed of their operation and special shapes. The time of the full measuring period is particularly short here. They enable convenient service at the low energetic cost of an employee.
The balancers which serve the purpose of balancing the electric fans with a rotor of a “roller” type, as for instance, the ones applied in the car heaters, have an additional utility software installed. They minimize the number of corrective plates fastened on the rotor. The results of the measurements of unbalance are presented in the form of the distribution of corrective plates with the appropriate weights, available sizes for the respective blades.
Most frequently, the machines operate in the automatic mode, except for the disassembly of the balanced rotor.
The balancers prepared for the large-scale manufacturing operate in the general management system. They are able to receive and send the data in the data transmission standard accepted by the client.

Balancers for rotors of the electric motors

The specificity of this type of balancers consists in the fact that a special shape of the rotor is used in them, its circular symmetricalness, occurrence of an inlet, preparation of special places for the mass distribution such as, for instance, bolts or channels. The balancers are prepared for large-scale manufacturing and operate in the general plant management system. They are able to receive and send the data in the data transmission standard accepted by the client.
They are able to read the barcodes for identifying of rotor. The balancers for small-size electric motors adjusted to manual service have the following construction characteristics:

  • the drives are realised only by means of belts
  • they are prepared for a large series of balances
  • they have compacted position sensors enabling the application of the so called static scale, consisting in the projection of a momentary angular position of the rotor on the screen, after the power that drives the rotor is switched off.
  • presentation of balance results in the form convenient for the applied technologies such as, for instance, drilling, milling, mass gluing, angular shifting of the weights.


Balancers for railway wheel sets

The balancers for railway wheel sets have the following construction characteristics:

  • the drives are realised only by means of cardan shafts
  • they have a shifted headstock with a special coupling and a mechanism that serves the purpose of automatic coupling with the wheel
  • they have a slow loading mechanism of the balanced rotor onto the balancing machine
  • they have a great starting torque and the time of start-up and braking is simultaneously lengthened
  • low rotary speed is applied during the process of balancing
  • the results of balancing are given either in the values of masses or additionally in the form of eccentrics for adjusting the turning lathe on eccentric turning.


Balancers for drive shafts

The company manufactures balancers for two main destinations:

  1. for the companies repairing transmission shafts,
  2. for manufacturers of transmission shafts.

All the balancers for transmission shafts have the following characteristics:

  • the balancing may be performed in two, three and four corrective planes at the same time
  • they have low and solid terminal supports
  • the central supports are adjusted to the universal devices for fastening of the shaft
  • spindles are assembled in the terminal supports
  • additionally, the right support has an adjustable head
  • they enable the process of turning the shaft with great rotary speeds
  • they are equipped with mechanism that protect the shaft from falling out
  • the bed may have the length of up to 6 m

In order to facilitate the service, they can be equipped with:

  • servo drives to enable the positioning of the shaft for welding the corrective plate on each of the supports
  • pneumatic system for the automatic fastening of the shaft in the spindle, blocking of the right support, closing and opening of the devices protecting the shaft from falling out, opening and closing of the safety cover
  • depending on the order, we assemble welders on them.

The software allows the balancing results to be read in the form of the length of the corrective plate.

Balancers for paper rollers and rollers of belt conveyors

The balancers for paper rollers and rollers for belt conveyors have the following construction details:

  • long bed and low supports
  • they are equipped either with rolls serving the purpose of placing the turning rollers or prisms for placing the non-turning axles.
  • they are equipped with drives that enable the change of the rotary speed of the balanced rotor

They are equipped with specific software:

  • long and slender shafts can be balanced either as rigid or flexible
  • the results may be given in the form of the number of bars of a specific diameter and length, which are to be assembled into the side walls of the shafts. The results may be given in the form of dimensions of plates of an assumed thickness and width, which are bent to the internal diameter of a cylindrical coat and fixed inside the coat.




Balancers for brakes back plates and brake drums

They are carried out in three versions:

  • for manual service
  • half-automatic, for manual placement and removal of the plate
  • automatic, where the plates are placed and removed by means of a manipulator.

Half-automatic and automatic balancers are equipped with the technological ancillary equipment, which serves the purpose of correcting the mass distribution. We assemble milling machines or drillers, which operate in the digital control system. Apart from that, the machines may be coupled with the general plant control system.

The balancers for brake back plates and brake drums have the following characteristics:

  • they are equipped with vertical spindles
  • they are adjusted to balancing great series
  • the back plates are caught by special self-centering holders of good repeatability of fastening
  • the compensations of unbalancing caused by the non-centricity of fastening are installed
  • the machines served manually are provided with such software that the light of a laser indicator shows the beginning and the end of milling.


Balancers for wood cutters

They are equipped with a spindle and an end that serves the purpose of fastening both the shank cutters and the interlocking cutters.
The balancing process takes place in two corrective planes at the same time. The software takes into consideration the specific shapes of cutters, which consists in the fact that it is possible to physically drill, mill or add mass only in the selected places.



Balancers of tool holders and tools

The balancers have been designed as the equipment of the processing centres. A vertical spindle with a universal flange that serves the purpose of fastening the holders of ISO or HSK types are built in them. An important feature of their construction are centering holders which are characterised with a very good repeatability of fastening of the balanced object. They are equipped with the necessary compensations of unbalancing caused by the non-centricity of fastening of the object in the holder, and the compensation of unbalancing of the holder. The location of the place that is to be corrected is shown by a laser ray.



Balancers for circular saws for steel plants

They have a rich technological ancillary equipment, which facilitates the fastening of the saw blade disk on the balancer and the correction of the weight by grinding of an appropriate groove. Owing to a great GD2 span of the saw blade disk, the balancers have a great starting torque. The servo drives enable the automatic positioning of the saw for grinding or milling. The holders on the spindle enable the application of the compensation of the fastening error. The respective activities related to fastening and disassembly of the disk are performed in the manual system, but they are supported pneumatically or by means of mechanical, electric drives.
